Every candle is hand poured and packed on the Isle of Tiree. Here is how and when it reaches you.

The charge is the same however many candles you order, and it is added automatically at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days. Because we are on an island, a parcel usually takes 2 to 4 working days to reach the mainland and 2 to 4 working days to reach you in most of the UK. Orders for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote postcodes can take a little longer.
During busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas, please allow extra time. We will always say so on the website when it applies.
As we’re based on the Isle of Tiree, our deliveries depend on ferry and flight services. Bad weather, cancelled sailings or flights, and other transport disruptions can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Please allow for this when ordering, particularly if you need your order for a specific date.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the UK. We do not ship outside the UK at the moment. If you would like to order from abroad, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Packaging
Candles are packed carefully to travel safely. Where we can, we use recycled and reusable packaging, and the tins are made to be kept and used again.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged or does not turn up, please email us within 14 days with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will put it right. See our terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
